Return Policy

1. Eligibility

In order to be eligible to receive a refund on your return you must have purchased SekurIT from Sekurit.net If items were purchased from a 3rd party reseller, please contact the merchant directly for their return policy. *


2. Return Process

Please carefully follow these steps if you need to return the product back to us. This policy also applies to items purchased through one of our infomercial toll free numbers.


1. 30d Return Policy. You may return hardware products within 30 days. No returns will be accepted after 30days.

2. Contact Support for RMA. If you decide to return, please contact customer support to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

3. Return in Original Packaging. Return package in its original product packaging – we recommend using a carrier that can insure it and provide you a package tracking number (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.). Please realize that SekurIT is not responsible for return postage paid and for a lost or misdirected package.

4. Write RMA # on outside of box. Clearly write the provided RMA Number on the outside of your shipping box.

5. Include Refund Confirmation Email. If possible, include a copy of the Refund Confirmation Email you receive to ensure faster processing.

6. Refund may take 10d. Once we receive your package, please allow up to 10 business days to receive your refund.

7. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.

8. Policy only applies to physical product. This policy does not apply to memberships and services, including the SekurIT® Vehicle Health Plan™, SekurIT® Technical Service Bulletins, SekurIT® Roadside Rescue Service, Personal-Mechanic Assistant, and other service (non-tangible) related products.


3. Refund Processing

SekurIT will notify you via email (if provided) of your refund once we have received and processed your returned item. A credit will be issued to the original purchaser’s credit card within 7 to 10 business days of receipt and inspection by our Quality Control Center. If for any reason it is determined that we cannot provide you with a credit, you will be contacted by email, phone, or regular mail within 10 business days of receipt and inspection of the product.

IMPORTANT: WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS ON PURCHASES FOR ROADSIDE RESCUE SERVICE, PERSONAL-MECHANIC ASSISTANT, PREMIUM MEMBERSHIPS OR TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETINS (TSB).
